30-Day No-Quibble Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind within 30 days of receiving your order, you can return it for a full refund — no questions asked. The product must be in its original packaging and in a resalable condition (unused or lightly used).

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will arrange a free return collection at a time convenient for you (Mon–Sat).
  3. Our courier will collect the item from your doorstep — no need to take it to a post office.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return (usually within 2 working days), we will process your refund.
  5. Refunds are processed within 5 working days to your original payment method.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free collection and either send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. Please photograph any damage to both the packaging and the product.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used air filters (unopened filter packs are returnable)
  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Items returned after the 30-day window

Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched for a full refund. Once dispatched, the standard returns process applies.
