ArcticBreeze Warranty Coverage

All ArcticBreeze products come with a 2-year manufacturer warranty as standard, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal domestic use. The ArcticBreeze Pro 18000 BTU includes an extended 3-year Pro warranty.

Your warranty covers: compressor failure, fan motor failure, electronic control faults, refrigerant leaks, and manufacturing defects. It does not cover: accidental damage, misuse, cosmetic wear, or damage from improper storage.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Locate your proof of purchase — your order confirmation email or receipt.
  2. Contact our warranty team by emailing warranty@arcticbreeze.co.uk.
  3. Our team will diagnose the issue over the phone or via video call.
  4. If a fault is confirmed, we will arrange a free collection and repair, or a replacement unit.
  5. Repairs are typically completed within 5–10 working days.

Extended Warranty

You can extend your warranty to 3 years for £29.99 or 5 years for £49.99 at the time of purchase or within 30 days of delivery.

Out-of-Warranty Repairs

If your product is outside the warranty period, we still offer a repair service. Contact our support team for a repair quote. Repair costs start from £49.99 plus parts.
