All prices are displayed in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are correct at the time of publication but may change. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before dispatching.

5. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Klarna (Pay in 3). All payments are processed securely through PCI DSS compliant payment processors. Payment is taken at the time of dispatch unless otherwise stated.

6. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. Delivery times vary by service selected (see our Delivery Information page for full details). Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the specified address. We are not responsible for delays caused by our couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns & Refunds

8. Product Information & Accuracy

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. If a product is materially different from its description, you are entitled to a return under our returns policy.
